It reminds me of the festivals on Lake Huron I’ve went to since I was a little girl. I can almost see myself on the Ferris Wheel with a cotton candy in one hand and my husbands in the other—he was my protector from age 8 and up. (I met my husband at my family’s vacation home when I was only 5 and he was the first boy I kissed at 13 and the last boy I kissed at 22)
The beautiful lady in the water is both haunting and sad and I know she’s the protagonist and I’ve already read 10 pages and must get reading but I wanted you to know how much I loved your cover!
